For the record, the problem is more general: the r-release-macos-x86_64 CRAN
checks of my package secr failed to update for 4.6.0 (2023-05-23) or 4.6.1
(2023-07-10) and remain stuck at version 4.5.10 (all MacOS binaries updated OK).

digest on macOS x86_64 is still stuck at 0.6.31 results on the summary
displaying a now very stale and factually incorrect NOTE.

Can you please look into this?

Thanks, Dirk
