Hello,

I encountered a problem when running �R CMD check �as-cran� at the step 
�checking CRAN incoming feasibility�.

The error message is as follows:

* checking CRAN incoming feasibility ...Warning in read.dcf(con, 
c(.get_standard_repository_db_fields(), "Path")) :

  URL 'https://CRAN.R-project.org/src/contrib/PACKAGES.gz': Timeout of 60 
seconds was reached



Does anyone know how to deal with this issue?
