Hi All:

r-hub has changed the way that it works. Now you need Github, plus it writes
things to your Github repo. I do not understand what it writes, I am always
loath to add anything to a repo I don't understand, and I wonder if it
conflicts in any way with existing Github actions. Or alternately, is there a
way to set up Github Actions (of which, alas, I know the bare minimum) to test
for the Debian used by CRAN. I do not appear to be the only one that has
packages that pass everything except the Debian distro, I used to test this
with r-hub before the changes.

Any info appreciated,

-Roy
