I've update the build configuration of my 'rpg' package (
https://github.com/thk686/rpg).
I would be grateful if anyone interested could do a quick:
devtools::install_github("thk686/rpg")
and let me know if it works. I'm especially interested in Windows install
and situations where libpq is not available locally.
