That may just be mirror syncing issues. I only put -7 into Debian a few days
ago (and it only changes a build-dependency on liblzma so it's really not a
must have upgrade).

And 2.12 will be out next week anyway...

r-base-core_2.11.1-7lucid0_amd64.deb should be syncing to the mirrors now. You should be able to upgrade in a few hours.
