Valentin, Please check your file /etc/apt/sources.list. It seems you did not succeed to add a line for the CRAN repository there. As written in the README, there needs to be a line like
deb http://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/debian lenny/ This is for the master mirror, in order to distribute the load, it would be preferable if you could exchange http://cran.r-project.org with one of the mirror sites.
