It was quite tricky to install package rgdal, needed to try a few times
installing different gdal and proj debian packages...
If feel it is one of the complicated package that deserve an automatic
install... Do you think it would be possible to have once this package
on r-cran- ? Or on the ppa you were mentioning Michael?
Would be so nice and helpful!!!
