Scott:

In Firefox:
When I click on the first link shown on the page with this URL <
http://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?search=rutter%2C+michael&op=vindex>, I
get taken to this URL <
http://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x51716619E084DAB9>.

I then select "Save Page As... from the File menu and select Text Files
from the file-type selector and save as key.txt on my desktop.

In Terminal:
sudo apt-key add ~/Desktop/key.txt

Note that the "save as text" function of Firefox yields (in key.txt) a file
that begins thus

  Public Key Server -- Get ``0x51716619e084dab9 ''

-----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----
Version: SKS 1.0.10
