Ah, you misunderstood - I meant I was silly because I did not know what Travis and a CI platform are and had to read up. I think r-travis is an interesting project indeed. Of course there is e.g. r-forge, but their build system has some lack from time to time, they only test on Linux and Windows, and it does not integrate with github. I have to say I am wondering if travis-ci.org would be able to handle all the R packages on github though... > Do you know a CI platform where testing R packages would work "out of > the box"? This would be a quick and easily automated way to get R 2.15 + recommended on Linux, without the need to set up you own repository.
