Folks, I used the cran instructions for installing R on Linux Mint Maya (here: http://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/debian/).
Things went well but I got the following error messages: > ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR > W:Failed to fetch > http://cran.mirrors.hoobly.com/dists/raring-backports/main/binary-i386/Packages > 404 Not Found > , W:Failed to fetch > http://cran.mirrors.hoobly.com/dists/raring-backports/restricted/binary-i386/Packages > 404 Not Found > , W:Failed to fetch > http://cran.mirrors.hoobly.com/dists/raring-backports/universe/binary-i386/Packages > 404 Not Found > , E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones > used instead. Is there a problem with the "hoobly" mirror (PA), the instructions, Linux Mint Maya update manager or with me?
