Investigating a little, it looks like Michael Rutter's key expired today:

I thought it'd be better etiquette to post here before emailing Dr.
Rutter directly, in case I've overlooked something.

I was doing some work this afternoon myself and noticed this. I think I
have fixed the issue. Let me know if it does not work.
