This is a freshly installed Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W. `gpg` and `dirmngr` are installed. I also tried it in a `bookworm` Docker container and I'm getting the same error.
The web page for the keyserver shows that it's there. https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?search=0x95C0FAF38DB3CCAD0C080A7BDC78B2DDEABC47B7&fingerprint=on&op=index So if it's an issue with my ISP connecting to that specific keyserver, how can I find other keyservers to try? -- How many people can stand on the shoulders of a giant before the giant collapses?
