Dear all,
I am begginers in R and want to analyze followings. I have measured body
temperature of 3 different body size ungulates for about 8-9 months in two
climatically different areas. I also measured climatic variables during that
time period in both areas. My questions are:
whether body temperature of 3 different ungulates are different/similar within
an area in different months/seasons
to compare body temperature of a species between two different areas
are different/similar in different months
whether climatic variables determines body temperature
Since, I have time series data and repeated measures, should I go for time
series analysis or repeated measure or something else. Could you please suggest
me, the best statistical analysis and R codes or any similar studies. I would
appreciate your suggestion. Thank you in advance.
