Dear List,
I'm interested in calculating the intensive quadratic entropy (J) as a
measure of phylogenetic diversity. This measure was proposed originally by
Izsak & Papp (2000) and mentioned in Schweiger et al. (2008) as one of the
best indices to be applied in spatial and temporal studies involving
phylogenetic diversity.
However, I'm not aware of any function available in R that calculates this
metric. Does anyone could help me?

Thank you in advance,
Diogo
