Dear list � I am working with the gllvm package for the first time and trying
to extract the loadings (coordinates) for both the latent variables and the
species when biplot is set to TRUE in ordiplot(). I can get them for the latent
variables with getLV.gllvm() but not the species. Is there any way to do this?
Despite some searching I have not found a solution.
