We're trying to identify articles where investigators have used mvtnorm to
estimate rates of occurrence of a condition or rates of eligibility for
services. In our application we used a pentavariate normal cumulative
distribution function to determine how many children are likely be eligible for
disability services because they fall -2 SD on any of 5 developmental domains.
