Hi All,
I am using fasthclust to cluster a high number of time series. I cluster
them given a dissimilarity matrix that I compute ( for example -covariance
matrix) what I would like is now for a given a leaf of the tree (one time
series) climb up the tree until I reach a node such that the entire of
children of that node (all the children all the way to the leaves) is equal
to a number say 15.
Any idea?
