Hello, You could have a look at the ClustGeo package : >ClustGeo: Clustering of Observations with Geographical Constraints>Functions which allow to integrate geographical constraints in Ward hierarchical clustering. Geographical maps of typologies obtained can be displayed with the use of shapefiles.
