In the sparr package, risk() includes a logical argument for tolerance. If tolerance = TRUE, a pixel image of p-values is produced. Alternatively, the tolerance() function does something similar, but with more granular control of options. So basically one p-value for every pixel. Are these p-values, as produced, corrected in any way for multiplicity?
Thanks for any insights. --Chris Ryan [[alternative HTML version deleted]] _______________________________________________ R-sig-Geo mailing list R-sig-Geo@r-project.org https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-sig-geo
