Hi,
I saw a post on R forum about the ["chfactor.c", line 130: singular matrix in function LDLfactor() ] error. I am experiencing the same error now and have tried pretty much all I could read about it and still haven had any luck with it. I have tried with the zerodist() and there are no duplicate point within the dataset. Could you please (if you can find the time) take a look at the attached data and r.code to see if you find any error. Thank you in advance, Regards, Matevž
