Hi Edzer,

I have this line that i would like to use for kriging :

OK.Res1<-krige(Res1~1, loc=DF, newdata=grd, model=vmf1)

Where should i input d[-zerodist(d)[,1],]?

Thanks, m

if your data are in d, pass as data argument to the kriging function.

This arbitrarily removes duplicate points, so they are ignored in the kriging.
If you want to do something more sophisticated, zerodist can be used to
identify the duplicate pairs.
