hi,
i am from the pharma sector doing my M.S.(Pharm). and i am working on the
software development for QSAR studies. For this C++ codes for descriptors
calculation of chemical compounds has already been written, which gives
output as excel file. Now my task is to make a QSAR model by selected the
important descriptors using correlation and regression methods using R
codes. I know very well about these if i want to compile it with R
software. But the main problem is to run the R compiler in background
automatically and to execute R codes with the different front end (visual
studio based), So how is it possible to use both C++ as well as R codes in
continuation, by using the data output from C++ codes as input for R
without using R compiler in front.
