I took a look on biocep and it's very handsom. It uses jEdit as a script
editor, and I noticed it has a couple of very interesting buttons for sourcing
code into R.
I wonder (and here I address a question to Wayne), whether this functionality
could be released as a kind of general plugin for jEdit, which I also use as s
script editor on my computer.
