Hello R-team,
I've been trying to create a heatmap from a data frame that has dimension of
333 x 16.
For this purpose, I use packages lattice, latticeExtra and grid.
Everything goes without any error. However, when I print(), R stop
responding (I've let go for more than 2 hrs before quitting).
The same code (just changed the file path) works and creates heatmaps in
less than 2-3 minutes on windows computer and another mac book!
I installed R and packages newly (also tried using older version of R), but
still does not work.
Would anyone have suggestion how to fix it?
