Check if you have X11.app in /Applications/Utilities Also, when you get that sorted out, I think I needed to follow the instructions here: http://danbri.org/words/2011/12/08/761 in order to install rgl from source, namely you'd do: R CMD INSTALL rgl_0.92.798.tar.gz –configure-args=”–disable-carbon” rgl But, if you're not running R-devel, why not just install the prebuilt package using `install.packages`? (pretty sure that you'd still need to ensure X11 is installed, though) -steve -- Steve Lianoglou Graduate Student: Computational Systems Biology | Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center | Weill Medical College of Cornell University Contact Info: http://cbio.mskcc.org/~lianos/contact _______________________________________________ R-SIG-Mac mailing list [email protected] https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-sig-mac
