The Federal Courts are quite good about requiring validation and so on for
facts, including statistical results <

But, using google and asking friends, I've not been able to find any
federal cases that admitted results from analyses using R into evidence.
Given the near ubiquity of R, I'd be surprised but it's important to have
examples that used R on a Mac to get the results accepted.
