Probably same cause as previously reported "[R-SIG-Mac] R pkg 4.1.1 no longer accepted as notarized by Apple <https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-sig-mac/2021-August/014139.html>".
I'm on Big Sur 11.4, MacBook Pro 13" with M1 chip.
