Hi all,
>From a goggle search, it appears this problem is not unknown, and may be
due to compiler version differences (gcc 3.3 and 4.0). But whatever
the cause, and despite the remedies I tried (mostly 'sudo gcc_select 3.3') I
could not get
RMySQL to load. Here's the error message:

This is using:
Mac OS 10.4.3
R version 2.1.1.
mysql 5.0.1
DBI 0.1-9
RMySQL 0.5-5
Any suggestions?
