I am also having the previously mentioned problems with graphics
(".Quartz Graphics" extension rather than ".pdf", and problems with the
Save As dialog box).
Also two other smaller issues: Selecting Help -> What's New in This
Version? produces nothing. And the icon for "Editor" in the Preferences
dialog box is missing.
I'm using R Cocoa GUI 1.15 (3106) for R 2.3.0, with Mac OS X 10.4.6.
