As I said, it may be that I have made some modification in the
Resources directory that is causing it to try to compile for the
Frameworks architecture.

I guess the list ate your attachment - you may want to send it
directly to me.
FWIW nlme passed make check when checked out from the above SVN
(however, I was using 2.3.0).
