Hello, I have seen postings and mailing list messages saying that this is possible, but don't seem to be able to do it myself.
As a Mac person, I'm not much at the command line, so this is a problem. http://cran.au.r-project.org/bin/macosx/RMacOSX-FAQ.html#What-machines-does-R-for-Mac-OS-X-run-on_003f Implies that Leopard may be better for compiling a 64 bit R than Tiger. Is that so? Is guess what I really want is a binary, but am happy if somebody could provide a road map to follow... Any help, please? Thanks in advance, Karl _______________________________________________ R-SIG-Mac mailing list [email protected] https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-sig-mac
