If they are open-source, then get the source and compile it. That  
should solve the problem. g2c is compiler-specific, so it likely  
comes with the compiler (modern Fortran compilers don't use it). If  
you don't have a Fortran compiler, you can get GNU Fortran 4.2 from  
http://r.research.att.com/tools/
