Hi Simon.

Thanks for your help in getting all of this sorted. I was working with the
package author to get the package to compile when your email came through.
I've now installed the package, which is required by my MBESS package. So,
all is now working fine in this regard on my system!

I now see that MBESS passes the check now that gsl is available on the CRAN
system (both gsl and MBESS failed as of yesterday). Will a Mac binary of
MBESS show up in due course automatically or does something else that I can
or need to do for the binary to show up (the Windows binary automatically
shows up)?

Thanks again and have a nice day,
Ken
