Hi, I don't know when this started, but it is relatively recent, i.e. must have happened less than one year ago:
data points plotted with pch=0 do not have a uniform size or shape. For instance: plot(1:20, pch=0) If I save the plot to pdf, the non-uniform plot symbols remain. If I plot with pdf device, all data points have exactly the same shape and size. I am pretty sure this used to be the case with quartz as well.
