Hi, I just saw this on http://www.macosxhints.com/ and it seems to work OK with R. If you want to open multiple sessions of the R GUI, you can run from terminal,
open -n /Applications/R.app I know that you could always run multiple R sessions using the terminal, but I thought that you could only have one R.app running for a given R.app. I would be curious if there are any down sides to this; any reasons to proscribe it. -- Ken Knoblauch Inserm U846 Institut Cellule Souche et Cerveau Département Neurosciences Intégratives 18 avenue du Doyen Lépine 69500 Bron France tel: +33 (0)4 72 91 34 77 fax: +33 (0)4 72 91 34 61 portable: +33 (0)6 84 10 64 10 http://www.sbri.fr _______________________________________________ R-SIG-Mac mailing list [email protected] https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-sig-mac
