Hi,
I'm not at work (only have ancient 10.3.9 at home), but on my work Intel iMac, w/ 10.4.11, I did install the latest RGUI patch as posted on the website. That fixed the
infamous <ESC> hang, but not the save bug.
I click "save history" and select a file name and save folder as always, and I'm pretty sure I use <Return> rather than clicking the Save button. The save itself works but the dialog box does not go away until later, after I've semi-randomly tried clicking the Save button or cycling thru the R GUI windows, etc. I'll try to narrow it down after my vacation.
I am using Default Folder if that makes any difference.

Which version of R.app (E.g. click on Abour R) are you using?
Exactly what did you do? Save history?
