I've found out it takes two steps. 1. Load the Biodiversity
package. 2. Type the command "BiodiversityRGUI()" into the R
console. That will launch R commander with Biodiversity in the main
menu.
Hope this helps.

I'm trying to install the package BiodiversityR to run under Rcmdr on
the mac. Has anyone done this successfully, so BiodiversityR appears
on Rcmdr's main menu? Loading the BiodiversityR package by itself is
not enough, it appears.
thanks in advance,
Doug
