The file was created and saved
but not at the place I thought it would be.

R --vanilla --slave < "/path/script.R"
Everything works fine, except that the write.table() command within
the script is not executed.
When I execute the script via the app the script saves some numbers
to a file.
When I execute the script via terminal nothing is saved.
