You can do this from the Rcmdr menu with RcmdrPlugin.HH installed.
install.packages("RcmdrPlugin.HH")
library(RcmdrPlugin.HH)
Then click on
Distributions > Continuous distributions > t distribution > Plot hypotheses
or confidence intervals... (HH)
