We've all been busy so the reporting aspects of this project have fallen by the wayside a little. We're currently on track for a pre-Christimas release. Interior layout is in progress, and we'll be settled on a cover design by early next week. Galleys will be going out soon.
It will definitely be available for online ordering, and we plan to have it in Barnes and Noble, but how that works will be at least mostly up to the publisher (Big Pencil Press/Writers & Books).
