okay found it, never mind: Writing Communities and Contacts.  I can speak 
especially for the Writing Groups I've participated in, particularly the 
poetry groups, in Second Life. It's really gotten me charged up, and I'm 
getting a bit of a reputation. :)  There is Written Word, Blue Angel, 
Writers Guild, and.... if you're up to erotic poetry.... Some Like it Hot. 
For some schlocky fantasy there is Faerie Crossing with Suratheus dominating 
the scene, and I have yet to find an interesting SF group.  More later....
