international cost and the cost by SPAN Book Agency, etc. (Shipping
charges are extra.)
Step 4: You have to reply whether you want to buy the book or not. To

Our return policy
If you are not happy with something you received from us, you may
return it with in 30 days of receipts, as long as it has is in
sellable condition. Please let us know that you will be returning it
and why, before mailing. If your item is damaged mail back to us with
a note.
If you return something for any reason other than damage we may charge
10% of restocking fee, subtracted from the purchase price before the
refund.
Sample book
Since we buy all our books from the publisher we cannot afford to send
sample books. Only a publisher can do it.

• Cost saving: We offer a number of profitable discounts to our
customer. If your total value of your order ranges between $501 to
$1000 the discount admissible is 25% on magazines and 40% on books. If
the total value of order exceeds $1001 the discount rate is @ 30% on
study books and 45% on books. We have special schemes for students.
Such as we give them 30%off on novels and 50% off on the books related
to studies. But if your order exceeds $2000, we take 50% advance,
$3000, 60%, and so on. It will be announced according to the cost.
• Time saving: Our vast network provides immediate supply of any
