The link given for the Michael Burstein short story nominee is wrong.
The nominee is called "I Remember the Future." Unfortunately the link
goes to a story called "Empty Spaces" which is a story in the
collection I Remember the Future. Both names are used in the linked
attachment, which is probably where the confusion came from. As far as
I can tell the nominated story was original to the collection and I
haven't been able to find a legal download elsewhere.
