I think Ruhan got Charlie to sign some Chinese translations of his books.
Cory missed no opportunity to remind us that Charlie's hand hurt and we
shouldn't shake it too hard.

It was fun; personally I got the most out of Charlie's pre-reading spiel on
the antecedents of singularitarianism, whom he sees as
lineal descendants of 19th C. Russian Orthodox philosopher Nikolai Fyodorov
via the Russian Cosmists. It's too complicated to summarize quickly.

Anyway, sounds like a really fun book, and they both read their bits
entertainingly.

Of R-Speccers, I saw only myself, Craig & Ruhan. I would have expected a
more packed hall, it being RIT; as it was, I'm guessing...100? 150?
