Hi Peter Well I'll try and describe the problem, but it's probably just a monitor incompatability on my new work computer, as the problem is not evident on my 3-yr old home computer. Both print happily enough to HP laserjets, the home one is very slow, probably because it's older. Both run Windows XP. Here goes - firstly, using standard font gives me hardly any readable screens. Using alternative fonts, the following screens display unreadable symbols, which are always the same shape. (I'll call it "symbol" from now on): From main menu, select A,1,P, screen2 and screen3 both display the symbol at top right after the words "Screen" and "Head" respectively. From main menu, select A,1,P,A (factors), all of the buttons including the columns on each side of the weighting numbers have the symbol on them, the large buttons have their correct wording as well. Select K (new conditions), only 2 items display, "Input Conditions" and "Valid Input". Both have the symbol.
From main menu, select R or M, none of those pages are readable, being filled with the symbol. From main menu, select A,7 (erase print file), all of the numbers are replaced by the symbol.
