RaceBase is predicting that the Auckland Cup will almost be a deadheat. Although it has to be said that of all the type of races, RaceBase finds these 3200 metre Cups the hardest to predict. My perception is that this race tends to be won by an up-and-comer recent progressive graduate. So how about ruling out Ebony Honour, Bel Air, Cyclades and Bodie for starters ?
