Horses run in X,Y,then Z Tri: (x-1)*((x-1)*(y-1)-1)*z/x eg X is $4, Y is $5, Z is $10 then 3*(3*4-1)*10/4 = 3*11*2.5 = $82.50 Quinellas: 100/((x-1)*y) + 100/((y-1)*x) = %chance eg X is $4, Y is $8 100/24 + 100/28 = 7.74 ie 7.74% chance hence 100/7.74 = $12.92 Good luck - use a spreadsheet!
