Neil I have accounts with QLD,NSW,VIC for Qld and Nsw you need to email them for forms to be completed by you and witnessed by a JP.It was when I sign may have changed.Vic just sign up for a account at there website and you are away after transfering funds. All tab divies are different I look at all and go with the highest.
