I print to now1.prn I created a macro in word that imported now1.prn
and formatted it how I wanted it (including font, font size, columns,
removal of certain characters, and insertion of page breaks,etc). It
is now simply a case of printing to now1.prn, and then running the
macro from word.
Macros can be recorded the first time you go through the formatting
that you want. I'm happy to answer questions if folk are unfamiliar
with macros.
