[racebase] Version 05.06 upgrade ready

The new version of RaceBase is ready for download from the subscribers page of the website. Someone recently told me that the front screen was like sitting in the front scene at the movies :) I've changed it and added a new feature which is self explanatory after you download it. After unzipping through the E-Unzip Data button, you will probably find that racebase will close down. Just restart it to activate the new program.   LATEST PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS (June 2005 Version 05.06) --------------------------------------------------------- The latest upgrade to RaceBase includes :   1) In all modules, allowance for new track conditions classes Fast, Good, Dead, Slow, Heavy (from August 1st 2005). In RaceBase statistics Fast and Good are clumped together at this stage.   2) New Front Main Menu Screen. Ratings-Analysis now accessible from front screen.   3) An extra archive in results (limit in 4th archive - 7500 races reached). Files with .ol5 extension included.   4) Much easier to scratch a horse. Display a race field in Races Module and just click on the horse to scratch. Then confirm with Yes or No.   5) Alternative font changed. Elimination of most of the gobbledeegook that appeared with a small percentage of computers.   6) Print NOW1.PRN to Word-Office11 in Printer Options screen.   7) Black Book maximum increased from 300 to 400 horses.
